All products and original sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a print or original arrive damaged, please document the damage and reach out within two weeks of the arrival date.  Based on the info sent you will receive a replacement if available or refund if not available. Please email this request to lexnewthostuff@gmail.com

In the case of other goods arriving damaged, please contact lexnewthostuff@gmail.com, so that we can recover the cost with the insurance, if available.

In the event of an item being lost while shipping, we cannot refund or take action until 12 weeks after the initial projected arrival shipping date. Most of the time the items do show up.
